Cancellation and Refund Policy
By registering for Pedal Vista Adventures Tour or any Service you the registered participant agree to the following terms.

Booking and Payment
A) To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
B) The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable due to customer cancellation under any circumstances. The deposit cannot be rolled over for any other adventure or the same adventure at the future date.
C) The final balance payment is due no later than 3 months prior to the start date of the Adventure.
D) Failure to pay the final balance by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking, and the withholding of any deposits paid.

Cancellation and Refunds
A) If the registered participant cancels the booking after payment of the deposit, the deposit amount still stands non-refundable.
B) If The registered participant cancels the booking after paying the final balance, and more than 75 Days before the start of the Adventure, you will be refunded 50% of the final balance payment.
C) Cancellations made within 75 Days of the Adventure start date are not eligible for any refunds.
D) Pedal Vista Adventures reserves the right to cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including deposits and single room supplements.

Event Cancellation by Pedal Vista Adventures
Pedal Vista Adventures reserves the right to cancel the tour if minimum participant numbers are not met.
In the event of Event cancellation by Pedal Vista Adventures, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

Registered Participant Responsibility, Risk, and Liability
By booking a Pedal Vista Adventures Tour, all participants agree to accept the terms of our entry Waiver, detailed below:
The Participant understand that they are participating in a very challenging cycling Event, in an extreme environment. As such, each Participant understands that they should be in good health upon entering the event, with a level of fitness appropriate to the event requirements.
The participant understands that their bike needs to be in a sound mechanical condition, with gearing and components suitable for mountainous terrain, and for riding continuous climbs up to three hours in duration. Brakes and tyres specifically should be in excellent condition.
Pedal Vista Adventures Team is always present for basic mechanical support. For any major repairs, the PVA team will guide the participant to a local bike shop and the participant needs to bear the cost and charges towards it.
The Participant agrees that they will obey all traffic regulations and rules in place in the location of the tour, and understands that they will be riding on open roads with vehicles and traffic, and that there may be unavoidable obstacles on the roads, such as roadworks, loose surfaces and construction furniture on the roads at any time. In rare cases, road conditions may dictate that the planned event route needs to change. The Participant understands that planned routes may need to change, due to factors beyond the control of the Pedal Vista Adventures Team.
The Participant agrees that they will ride within their own physical limits at all times, and not endanger themselves or other Event Participants or the general public.
The Participant acknowledges to the Pedal Vista Adventures Team that the Participant does not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the Participant from participating in the Event. If required, the Participant will obtain a medical examination and clearance.
The Participant releases and forever discharges Pedal Vista Adventures, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in the tour, or the mechanical support offered by the support team or any third party partners or local partners/shops.

Insurance
Pedal Vista Adventures requires each participant to book personal travel insurance for loss, injury or damage that he/she might sustain arising from participation in the tour.
Pedal Vista Adventures accept no liability for any damage to bikes whilst in transit to or from our tours and during our tours.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By booking any tour or product or service with Pedal Vista Adventures, the registered participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
